Recipe Review: Vegan Avocado Chocolate fudge

Here is the recipe: Vegan Avocado Chocolate Fudge

This is a 5 star recipe all the way! It’s easy to make and so unbelievably decadent. It’s not too sweet and has the most amazing texture. There is no avocado taste. My husband who is picky about his sweets loved it.

I used Trader Joe’s Semi Sweet Chocolate chips. The chocolate you use will make all the difference. Choose wisely.

There is downfall to the recipe. The fudge needs to remain in the freezer. This can be difficult if you wish to make it for a party.

Chocolate Almond Nana Soft Serve

I love ice cream! Who doesn’t? Combine it with chocolate and almond butter you have yourself a heavenly combo!

This recipe is not exactly ground breaking. I’d barely call it a recipe. It was more like me having a craving and tossed stuff in the blender. Now I make this all the time. Even for breakfast.
*This is a partially make a head recipe.*

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 Tbls unsweetened coco powder
  • 1 Tbls Almond butter
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk *may require more of less depending on your preference

Instructions

  1. Slice up the banana in small pieces and freeze until hard. I usually chop mine the night before. About 2-4 hrs if you want to eat it that day.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender. I use a Vitamix. Blend until smooth.
  3. Place in bowl and enjoy! This is great with toppings. I used vegan chocolate and a frozen strawberry in the main image.

Tips

  • You can place the soft serve in the freezer to get a firmer texture.
  • Recipe is for one serving but it can be doubled.
